Work-life balance

We respect your life outside of work. When you are done for the day, then you are done. Unless previously agreed upon and compensated, no working overtime and no additional tasks that “only take a minute”.

Flexible working hours

You want to start at 11 am on Mondays, and 7 am on Wednesdays? No problem. You have to finish earlier or take a break to pick up the kids from school? We get it. We set your work plan together and on an ongoing basis.

Remote work

Work how you like. At our office in Poznań, where your desk will be waiting for you, or at home. Home office has proven to be a hassle-free effort, so you can work remotely in full after your introduction to ADHD. We provide a company laptop and all the necessary software.

Benefits

We support our employees' personal development. You can participate in English classes or other external training at the company's cost if it helps develop your professional skill. There are no “Fruity Thursdays” since most of us work remotely, but we can partially pay for your Multisport card.

Company events

We like to spend time with each other outside of work, so from time to time, we will invite you to a bit of a company get-together, occasional party or an integrational trip.
